This is a great way to make lunchtime more fun and to encourage your child to eat a wide variety of foods. You can add absolutely anything your child enjoys to this, even letting them help pick the ingredients or to pack it can add to the enjoyment of it all. Just keeping roughly to the guidelines of some carbohydrates (pasta, bread, rice, crackers) some protein (meat, fish, eggs, nuts) a few vegetables (raw or cooked) and as much fruit as you like can work very well.
