Assorted cut-out sandwiches
This fun lunch option can be made using any kind of pastry cutters, even the most simple of cutters — a circle or triangle can brighten up your child’s lunchbox and make even the most simple cheese sandwich more interesting

| Coleslaw |
| Egg mayo |
| Cucumber and cream cheese |
| Bread (wholemeal or white) |
| Sliced ham |
directions
- Take two slices of bread and add your filling of choice to one slice, close over sandwich with second slice of bread. Be careful not to overfill the sandwiches as it may make it harder to cut out the shapes if it is too thick.
- Use whatever cutter you have to cut out fun shapes from the centre of the sandwich to serve!
Tip — The leftover edges and crust can be enjoyed as a helper’s treat!
