Sliced turkey, carrot matchsticks, cucumber spears, lettuce, Feta and pomegranate seeds are served in a spinach or wholemeal wrap with a light garlic mayo.

Per Serving: 388kcals, 10.9g fat (4.2g saturated), 45.7g carbs, 8.9g sugars, 13g protein, 4.1g fibre, 0.855g sodium

Serves: 2 portions
2 spinach or wholemeal wraps
1 tbsp garlic mayonnaise
4 turkey slices
1 small carrot, peeled and sliced into thin matchsticks
½ of a small cucumber, seeds removed and slices into thin matchsticks
2 handfuls of alfalfa, lentil or quinoa sprouts (or just use lettuce)
2 tbsp Feta, crumbled
½ a pomegranate, seeds removed


  1. Spread the wraps with the garlic mayonnaise and layer over the turkey slices.
  2. Add the carrots, cucumber and sprouts. Sprinkle over some Feta and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Roll up to serve, slicing in half if desired.
