Best made with Flahavan’s Progress Oats
|50g Flahavan's Progress Oats|
|2 medium ripe bananas|
|1/2 level tsp baking powder|
|200ml Greek yoghurt|
|Fresh summer berries|
|Maple syrup (optional)|
- In a blender, combine all the ingredient for 2-3 minutes until smooth then allow to stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, add a ladle of batter per pancake and cook until golden brown, turning when the edges of the pancakes look set.
- Serve warm with the Greek yoghurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional).
