Nutmeg
1lt milk
20ml Irish whiskey
60ml Irish cream liqueur
2 eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Irish cream liqueur and whiskey until smooth.
  • In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
  • Pour the milk over the egg mixture, whisking to combine well.
  • Divide between four mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg.
