Blueberry chocolate yoghurt bark

Greek yoghurt gets studded with fresh blueberries and dark chocolate chips, then frozen. Break it into chunks and enjoy as a guilt-free nibble.

Per serving: 141kcals, 8.2g fat (1.3g saturated), 13.3g carbs, 9.4g sugars, 3.1g protein, 0.7g fibre, 0.005g sodium

Serves: Approx. 8 servings
500g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
150g blueberries
50g dark chocolate chips


  • Mix the yoghurt and honey together until well combined.
  • Line a baking tray with cling film and pour the yoghurt mixture on top. Spread it out to about 1cm in thickness.
  • Sprinkle the blueberries and chocolate chips over the top and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Store in the freezer in freezer bags.
