Greek yoghurt gets studded with fresh blueberries and dark chocolate chips, then frozen. Break it into chunks and enjoy as a guilt-free nibble.

500g Greek yoghurt |
2 tbsp honey |
150g blueberries |
50g dark chocolate chips |
directions
- Mix the yoghurt and honey together until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with cling film and pour the yoghurt mixture on top. Spread it out to about 1cm in thickness.
- Sprinkle the blueberries and chocolate chips over the top and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Store in the freezer in freezer bags.
