Pasta with Tuna and Lemon
An easy weekday supper to make with store cupboard ingredients.

Ingredients |

400g (16oz) pasta tubes |
Olive oil |
Garlic clove, chopped |
1 red chili, chopped |
Can of tuna in water, drained |
Grated zest and juice of a lemon |
A handful parsley, chopped |
directions
Put the pasta on to a simmer. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and chili in some olive oil for a few minutes. When the pasta is cooked, drain it, and combine with the garlic, chilli, tuna, lemon zest, lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
