An easy weekday supper to make with store cupboard ingredients.
|400g (16oz) pasta tubes|
|Garlic clove, chopped|
|1 red chili, chopped|
|Can of tuna in water, drained|
|Grated zest and juice of a lemon|
|A handful parsley, chopped|
Put the pasta on to a simmer. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and chili in some olive oil for a few minutes. When the pasta is cooked, drain it, and combine with the garlic, chilli, tuna, lemon zest, lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
