|1 punnet cherry tomatoes|
|1 red onion, sliced|
|65 ml SPAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|5 ml SPAR Balsamic Vinegar|
|½ loaf of ciabatta|
|1 tub (150g) cream cheese|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
|Fresh sage or basil leaves|
Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a baking sheet together with the sliced onion.
Splash with oil and balsamic vinegar.
Roast at 180°C for 5 – 10 minutes until the skins start to crinkle.
Slice the ciabatta and toast if desired. Spread with cream cheese. Top with tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with fresh sage or basil.
