These make great finger food for parties.
|4-6 chicken breasts (depending on size), cut into 2cm strips|
|Long wooden skewers|
|2 cloves garlic, finely chopped|
|A thumbnail's length of ginger, finely chopped|
|8 tbsp crunchy peanut butter|
|4 tbsp dark soy sauce|
|4 tsp brown sugar|
|2 tbsp hot water|
Thread the chicken onto the skewers, and grill the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and ginger in a pan, then add the peanut butter, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until it dissolves, then add the hot water. Serve with the chicken skewers.
