These make great finger food for parties.

Serves: 4
Olive oil
4-6 chicken breasts (depending on size), cut into 2cm strips
Long wooden skewers
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
A thumbnail's length of ginger, finely chopped
8 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp hot water


Thread the chicken onto the skewers, and grill the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and ginger in a pan, then add the peanut butter, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until it dissolves, then add the hot water. Serve with the chicken skewers.
