Paprika pork chops with garden pea, apple & feta salad
The juicy flavour of fresh pork sings while an unexpected salad makes for a memorable meal. Try this one at a garden party – compliments guaranteed!

2 tsp paprika |
1 tbsp water |
4 pork chops |
100g garden peas |
100g mangetout |
1 apple, grated |
70g Feta cheese |
directions
Mix the paprika and water together in a small ramekin to form a paste. Rub it into each of the pork chops.
Heat the BBQ or grill and cook the chops for five minutes each side or until cooked through and chargrilled on the outside.
Meanwhile, place a saucepan of water on a high heat and bring to the boil. Add the garden peas and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a salad bowl, add the garden peas, mangetout, apple and mix together. Crumble some Feta on top and mix through also.
Serve each chop with some pea, apple and Feta salad.
