|1 tbsp olive oil|
|1 onion, finely chopped|
|1 garlic clove, finely chopped|
|2 tsp Italian dried herbs|
|1 tsp thyme|
|400g (16oz) can chopped tomatoes|
|1 tablespoon tomato purée|
|250g (10oz) of mixed seafood, fresh or defrosted|
|400g (16oz) spaghetti|
Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add the herbs, purée and chopped tomatoes, and then add the seafood. Turn down to a simmer. Put the spaghetti on to cook. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and combine with the seafood sauce.
