1 tbsp olive oil |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 garlic clove, finely chopped |
2 tsp Italian dried herbs |
1 tsp thyme |
400g (16oz) can chopped tomatoes |
1 tablespoon tomato purée |
250g (10oz) of mixed seafood, fresh or defrosted |
400g (16oz) spaghetti |
directions
Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add the herbs, purée and chopped tomatoes, and then add the seafood. Turn down to a simmer. Put the spaghetti on to cook. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and combine with the seafood sauce.
