EUROSPAR is proud to be supporting Operation Transformation for a fifth year in 2017 to offer you the chance to eat well, get in shape and improve your cooking skills.

The official weekly recipes and shopping lists will be available on EUROSPAR.ie every Thursday during the show, along with exercise videos that the OT leaders are following themselves. You can also pick up the weekly shopping list in your local EUROSPAR supermarket.

Many of our supermarkets will be organising activities such as weekly walks and weigh-ins in your local communities, call into your local store to see what they have in store!
