4. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of EUROSPAR Ireland, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
5. Purchase is necessary, if you are contacted by EUROSPAR Ireland you will need to provide proof of purchase of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate House kit in a EUROSPAR supermarket in Ireland.
6. To enter the competition you must purchase a Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate House kit and provide a picture of the house built as entry submission.
7. The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Facebook account used.
8. To enter: buy a Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate House kit from participating EUROSPAR store, build the kit, and comment below with a picture of your chocolate house creation. Proof of purchase is necessary and terms and conditions apply. Only comments left under the competition post will be accepted as an entry. Comments left under the competition Terms & Conditions note will not be accepted as an entry.
9. The winner will be determined at random from all correct entries on Facebook and Instagram.
10. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes. The prize will consist of a €1,000 Center Parcs voucher. There is only one prize to be won.
11. Fulfilment proposal: EUROSPAR will select & contact winner. EUROSPAR will share winner details including postal addresses & Eircode with BWG Foods for fulfilment.
12. Prizes may take up to 60 working days to arrive.
13. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. The winners contact details will be sent to BWG Foods by EUROSPAR Ireland in order for them to send out your prize. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. 14. The EUROSPAR Ireland competition will begin on 15/12/2022 and will close at 23.59pm on the 21/12/2022. No Exceptions
15. Winner will be contacted and chose before the 20th January 2023. EUROSPAR Ireland will contact the winner via Facebook direct message.
16. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
17. Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
