Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Tirlán (“Tirlán”) having its principal place of business at Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny, R95 DXR1(the “Promoter”).

The ‘AVONMORE SUPER MILK EUROSPAR SHOPPING VOUCHER competition in Partnership with EUROSPAR www.eurospar.ie (the “Promotion”) is only open to participants resident on the Island of Ireland (all 32 counties), excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their families (the “Participants”). Participants must be aged 18 years or over to enter. The Promoter and its associated companies reserve the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of Participants.

4. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules and the Promotion at any time without notice.
6. Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. Entry to the Promotion is free.
8. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
9. To enter the Promotion, entrants must: Be over 18 years.
10. The prize:
– 10 X €250 EUROSPAR Shopping Vouchers in total are available to be won.
11. There is only one prize issued per person.
12. The promotional period will run from Monday 20th NOVEMBER to 15th December .
5 X Winners will be randomly selected on Dec 1st
3 X Winners will be randomly selected on Dec 8th
2 X Winners will be randomly selected by Dec 15th
13. The Promoter has the right to extend the Promotional Period.
14. Prizes will only be allocated to the ‘winners’.
15. Prize winners are subject to a full verification process.
16. The Winner will be selected at random by the Promotor. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Criteria for selection is based on random selection.
17. Winners will be contacted privately (via the mobile number provided on entry) within 10 working days of the closing date of the competition and will be asked to submit their address for the purpose of Prize fulfilment In the event that a winner is un-contactable or does not respond to our communications within 28 days to claim their prize, it will be deemed to have been forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from valid entries at the Promoter’s discretion.
18. Once informed that they have won and the necessary confirmation and information has been received by the Promoter, the prize will be issued.
19. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entries which it believes to be fraudulent, based on misconduct or to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of the prize.
20. Any material created as part of the Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter. Participants agree for the Promoter to edit, publicise and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any such material in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
21. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of any prize awarded by the Promoter and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
22. The allocation of prizes will be to individuals only. No syndicates or groups will be eligible to enter this Promotion.
23. Proof of entering is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non-receipt, or late receipt of any entry, due to operator or network error or for any associated cost to Participants.
24. Any personal data that you provide shall be used by the Promoter solely in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service providers (including but not limited to Goosebump LTD & EUROSPAR) in connection with such purposes. 25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the specifications of the prizes should those specified above be unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Any alternative prizes will be of equal value.
26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion; they do so at their own risk. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility or liability for:
a) entry to the Promotion made without the owner or bill payer’s permission.
b) any loss of the prize, once received by the winners.
c) any loss or damage to the Participant upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
d) technical failures when entering the Promotion.
27. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Participant of any such failure.
28. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
29. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
31. By entering this Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the Participant’s name and/or image, a statement made by the Participant concerning the Promotion and/or prizes, and photographs or moving images of the Participant taken as part of the Promotion.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties outside its control with no liability to Participants or third parties.
33. Specific prize dates cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
34. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
