Best made with Flahavan’s Progress Oats

Ingredients
50g Flahavan's Progress Oats
2 eggs
2 medium ripe bananas
1/2 level tsp baking powder
30ml milk
200ml Greek yoghurt
Fresh summer berries
Maple syrup (optional)

directions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredient for 2-3 minutes until smooth then allow to stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, add a ladle of batter per pancake and cook until golden brown, turning when the edges of the pancakes look set.
  3. Serve warm with the Greek yoghurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional).
