|1 ripe banana|
|1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt|
|1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges)|
|2 tbsp honey|
|4 blocks of ice|
In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, plain yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice.
Blend until smooth.
