Banana, berries, spinach, almond milk and some oats blended together to make a tasty smoothie that’s a healthy hit for breakfast or a snack.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
1 banana, peeled
A handful of spinach leaves
2 handfuls of frozen berries
125ml almond milk
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)

directions

Add everything into your blender and whizz until smooth, or a consistency you like!
