Spicy Grilled Tuna

Ingredients |

4 tuna steaks (about 2.5cm thick) |
2.5cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped |
1 1/2 tsp cumin |
1 1/2 tsp coriander |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp lime juice |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper |

Preheat the grill to high. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the tuna. Lay the tuna steaks on the grill, season, and cover each one with the mixture. Grill for 3-5 minutes each side, according to how rare you. Add the fish and turn to coat on all sides then grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your liking. Serve immediately.
