Ingredients |

Ice (cubes or crushed) |
240ml prosecco or sparkling wine |
80ml sloe gin |
Soda water |
Blueberries and fresh mint sprigs |

- Chill your glasses beforehand if possible.
- Pour prosecco over the ice; add 40ml gin to each glass and then top off with soda water.
- Gently stir together, garnish with blueberries and some fresh mint.
