Serves: 1 to 2 portions
Ingredients
Ice (cubes or crushed)
240ml prosecco or sparkling wine
80ml sloe gin
Soda water
Blueberries and fresh mint sprigs

directions

  1. Chill your glasses beforehand if possible.
  2. Pour prosecco over the ice; add 40ml gin to each glass and then top off with soda water.
  3. Gently stir together, garnish with blueberries and some fresh mint.
