Roasted Cajun pumpkin seeds
Use your leftover pumpkin seeds to create this tasty snack.

130g washed and dried raw whole pumpkin seeds |
1 tsp paprika |
1 tsp Cajun seasoning |
¼ tsp salt |
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce |
15g melted butter |
directions
- Preheat the oven to 150˚C/130˚C fan/gas mark 2. Toss the pumpkin seeds with the remaining ingredients until they are all coated.
- Spread the seeds out in a single layer on a rimmed baking tray.
- Roast for 45-55 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crunchy.
