Use your leftover pumpkin seeds to create this tasty snack.

Ingredients
130g washed and dried raw whole pumpkin seeds
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
¼ tsp salt
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
15g melted butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 150˚C/130˚C fan/gas mark 2. Toss the pumpkin seeds with the remaining ingredients until they are all coated.
  2. Spread the seeds out in a single layer on a rimmed baking tray.
  3. Roast for 45-55 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crunchy.
