Marshmallow pops

Easy enough for kids to make, these marshmallow pops are dipped in chocolate and decorated with sprinkles. These make great gifts for the kids to give to their friends!

Ingredients
180g, broken into chunks dark chocolate
12 ice lolly sticks
12 marshmallows
Hundreds and Thousands

  1. Put the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for one minute and then stir the chocolate. Microwave again for 30 seconds and stir again. Keep repeating this until the chocolate has melted and is completely smooth.
  2. Meanwhile, push an ice lolly stick into each of the marshmallows.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the Hundreds and Thousands into a shallow bowl.
  4. When the chocolate has melted, dip in each marshmallow until coated, then cover in the Hundreds and Thousands.
  5. Place the marshmallows onto the prepared tray until they have set.
  6. Enjoy as they are, or stir into a mug of warm milk for an instant hot chocolate!
