Indonesian Avocado and Banana Smoothie

1 ripe avocado |
1 ripe banana |
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt |
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges) |
2 tbsp honey |
4 blocks of ice |
directions
In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, plain yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
