Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges)
2 tbsp honey
4 blocks of ice

directions

In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, plain yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice.

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
