Ingredients
120ml orange juice
240ml sparking water
1½ tbsp grenadine syrup
1 sprig of fresh rosemary

directions

  1. Add a large handful of ice to a tall glass, then two-thirds-fill with orange juice. Top up with sparkling water.
  2. Slowly pour in the grenadine syrup. It will sink to the bottom and slowly rise to the top as you drink.
  3. Garnish with an orange wedge, if you like.
