|120ml orange juice|
|240ml sparking water|
|1½ tbsp grenadine syrup|
|1 sprig of fresh rosemary|
- Add a large handful of ice to a tall glass, then two-thirds-fill with orange juice. Top up with sparkling water.
- Slowly pour in the grenadine syrup. It will sink to the bottom and slowly rise to the top as you drink.
- Garnish with an orange wedge, if you like.
