Ingredients |

100g light muscovado sugar |
100ml orange juice, fresh or from a carton |
20ml port |
Pinch of salt |
250g cranberries, fresh or frozen |
directions
- Combine the sugar, orange juice, port and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over a high heat.
- Stir in the cranberries, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Store in the fridge until needed, then allow to come to room temperature before serving.
