1 HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla Ice Cream Block
12 wafers
4 tsp strawberry jam
3 tbsp desiccated coconut


  • Cut a 1/6 slice of ice cream off the HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla Ice Cream block and place between two wafers.
  • Brush sides with strawberry jam and dip in desiccated coconut.
  • One block cut into 1/6 slices will make six well proportioned ice cream sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately.
