Blackberry Muddle Mocktail

Cinnamon syrup |
3 cinnamon sticks |
300g sugar |
400g water |
8 blackberries (frozen or fresh can be used) |
240ml orange juice |
80ml lemon juice |
90ml cinnamon syrup |
Soda water |
Crushed ice (optional) |
Extra blackberries |

- Cinnamon syrup: Add the cinnamon sticks, sugar and water to a pot and bring to the boil. Turn down to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before using. Only once cooled take out the cinnamon sticks. Can be poured into a bottle and kept in the fridge for up to a month.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with wooden spoon. Add the orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon syrup and shake well.
- Scoop crushed ice into ¼ of the glass and pour the muddle over the ice to ¾ full. Top with soda.
- Garnish with extra blackberries if required and even a long cinnamon stick for muddling would be great.
