| 1 HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla Ice Cream Block |
| 12 wafers |
| 1 banana, finely sliced |
| 2 shortbread biscuits, crushed |
directions
- Cut a 1/6 slice of ice cream off the HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla Ice Cream block.
- Place the slice on a wafer and top with sliced banana. Place the other wafer on top and press slightly.
- Dip in crushed biscuit.
- One block cut into 1/6 slices will make six well-proportioned ice cream sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
