A delicious twist on the classic ice cream sandwich

1 HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla Ice Cream Block
12 wafers
1 banana, finely sliced
2 shortbread biscuits, crushed


  • Cut a 1/6 slice of ice cream off the HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla Ice Cream block.
  • Place the slice on a wafer and top with sliced banana. Place the other wafer on top and press slightly.
  • Dip in crushed biscuit.
  • One block cut into 1/6 slices will make six well-proportioned ice cream sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately.
