Ingredients |

4 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream |
2 tsp balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp sugar |
500g fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced |
directions
1 Place the strawberries into a large glass bowl. Stir in the sugar and balsamic.
2 Allow to stand for 30 minutes for strawberries to release their natural juices.
3 Serve over scoops of vanilla ice cream.
