|1 x 410g tin of peaches in natural juice, drained|
|Juice of ½ a lemon|
|Sparkling white grape juice, to serve|
- Place the tinned peaches in a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice.
- To serve, add around two teaspoons of peach purée to each Champagne flute and top up with sparkling white grape juice.
