Serves: Makes enough peach purée for 16-20
Ingredients
1 x 410g tin of peaches in natural juice, drained
Juice of ½ a lemon
Sparkling white grape juice, to serve

directions

  1. Place the tinned peaches in a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice.
  2. To serve, add around two teaspoons of peach purée to each Champagne flute and top up with sparkling white grape juice.
